A collie is always watching, even when resting. Here is Bella, on a soft cream rug by a low gas fire, taking it all in.
What Bella does
Bella glances across at the fire, flicks an ear, lets out a long sigh, licks her lips and blinks slowly, the way a dog does when they feel safe and warm.
The film loops, so it can play quietly all evening, on a TV, a digital photo frame or a tablet in the kitchen.
The portrait chosen
We made three portraits of Bella in the modern living room, and this was the one most like her. Only once it was chosen did we bring it to life. Every order works the same way: you see your dog's portraits first, and you choose.
A collie of your own?
Black and white, red, blue merle or tricolour; a full white collar or a half one; a white tip on the tail. Tell us what's special about yours, ideally with a photo from each side if their markings differ. You choose the portrait that looks most like them before we bring it to life.
